Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyse how business processes, systems, and technologies operate in the current state
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend structured future state improvements in processes and supporting systems
- Gather and document clear business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into structured system specifications
- Support system integrations, data mapping, and configuration validation
- Participate in testing activities and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business IT, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects
- Good knowledge of business process modelling techniques, including BPMN 2.0
- Ability to analyse processes and understand how systems support operations
- Clear and structured documentation skills
- Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work directly with both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Greek and English
