Most conversations start the same way: something in the organisation is slower, more manual or less visible than it should be, and it is no longer clear where the problem sits. The first call is a working session rather than a pitch. We ask what is stuck, what has already been tried and what would have to be true for the change to hold, then tell you plainly whether this is work we are the right firm for.
If it is, we set out the shape of an engagement, who would be involved on both sides and how the outcome would be measured. Teams considering a platform such as Zoho Projects or Zoho CRM are welcome to bring the specific questions they have: what it would replace, how it fits existing processes and what implementation would actually require from their people.
