These are the individuals who expertly navigate the intersection of business analysis and technology consulting, helping clients rethink workflows, introduce productivity-enhancing technologies, and manage successful onboarding processes.
During your role as a Systems Deployment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
*Strategic Business Analysis:*
- Performing comprehensive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and address operational challenges.
- Re-engineering business processes to enhance efficiency and achieve operational excellence.
*Technology Integration and Automation:*
- Implementing advanced automation techniques and integrating cutting-edge technologies.
- Streamlining business processes and elevating customer experiences through innovative solutions.
*Project Management:*
- Leading the planning, execution, and oversight of digital transformation projects.
- Defining project scopes, deliverables, and ensuring meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
*Client Management and Onboarding:*
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and high satisfaction levels.
- Developing strategies for client retention, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technology or strategy consultant, software engineer, product manager, or in a similar role such as business analyst, systems analyst, or IT project manager.
- 1-3 years of experience in system deployment, business analysis, or technology consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, current state analysis, and systems design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Scrum, Project Management, or similar are a plus.
