Yioulika Antoniades joined the panel From Regulation to Innovation, Europe’s AI Journey at the NTA Digital Europe Summit in Nicosia.
Capacitor Partners participated in the NTA Digital Europe Summit, held in Nicosia on October 7, 2025, ahead of Cyprus assuming the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Organized by Digital Europe and hosted by CITEA, the Summit brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and technology experts to discuss Europe’s digital transformation and the future of artificial intelligence.
Representing Capacitor Partners, Yioulika Antoniades, Systems Deployment Consulting Leader, joined the panel discussion titled “From Regulation to Innovation Europe’s AI Journey.” The discussion explored how Europe can transition from regulating AI to enabling innovation while ensuring ethical, transparent, and inclusive technological growth. Drawing from Capacitor Partners’ extensive experience in digital transformation and systems implementation, Yioulika highlighted how practical frameworks and collaboration between the public and private sectors are key to successfully adopting AI in complex organizational environments.

The panel featured leading voices from across Europe, including Kyriaki Pantziarou, Director of Digital Policy and Communications Directorate at the Deputy Ministry of Research and Innovation and Digital Policy, Monika Ioannidou, Partner and Managing Director of TKI EMEA, and Dr. Georgina Tryfou, Senior Manager, Data and AI at EY Technology Consulting. The session was moderated by George Malekkos, Vice President of CITEA, who facilitated a forward-looking discussion on how regulation and innovation can coexist to shape Europe’s AI future.

The NTA Digital Europe Summit served as a key milestone in advancing Europe’s digital agenda, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and responsible governance.
About Capacitor Partners
Capacitor Partners is a technology and strategy consulting firm working with leaders in the private and public sectors across Cyprus and Greece. Our work covers digital transformation, product management, AI transformation, process reengineering and business technology strategy, delivered across eleven industry verticals.
We work inside client organisations rather than beside them. Every engagement begins by defining what the organisation is trying to change and how anyone would know it had worked, and continues until the change is running in production and someone internally owns it. As a certified authorised Zoho partner we also implement and support Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM where a platform is part of the answer.
Alongside client work we publish original research, including the Digital Cyprus Survey, and our consultants write for the wider press on how organisations adopt technology. Case studies set out completed engagements in detail, and our services page explains how each of the four core service lines works.
AI transformation at Capacitor Partners
AI transformation consulting is the work of finding where AI creates measurable value, redesigning the process around it, preparing the data, and putting agents and models into production with oversight and adoption built in. Capacitor Partners runs it end to end rather than delivering a strategy document.
Enterprises and public sector organisations that want AI in live operations, not pilots — and need data readiness, governance and staff adoption handled alongside the technology. Read how our ai transformation work is delivered.
