Alexandros Karagiannis

Biography

Alexandros Karagiannis is Principal Transformation Consultant for Greece and Cyprus at Capacitor Partners, where he helps private and public sector organisations turn AI and digital ambitions into practical, measurable change.

He brings 15 years of global consulting and enterprise delivery experience from Deloitte Digital UK, Accenture UKI and PwC Greece, leading multimillion programmes and bids for Oil & Gas supermajors, global investement bank, leading insurers and public sector across UK & GR. His work spans across process automation, CRM, payments and other innovations.

He has orchestrated agency, design, offshore, nearshore and technical teams across more than 30 markets, working closely with executive leadership and bringing diverse teams together around a shared outcome through proactive coaching and stakeholder alignment.
